These terms govern the use of the Clairo platform (clairo.tech), provided by Clairo Tech. By registering or using the service, you accept these terms.
Clairo is a SaaS platform for creating and managing AI agents. We offer four types of agents: • Support Agent — for customer support. • Discovery Agent — for lead qualification. • Content Agent — for content generation. • Meeting Agent — for recording and summarizing meetings. The service is accessible via web browser and API.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration. • You are responsible for the security of your account and password. • Do not share your account with third parties. • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• The Starter plan is free, with no time limit. • Paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. • Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. • We do not offer refunds for partially used periods.
You agree NOT to: • Use the platform for illegal activities. • Upload content that infringes third-party copyrights. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system. • Use AI agents to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content. • Overload the system with automated requests beyond API limits. • Resell access to the platform without written permission.
• The Clairo platform, its code, design, and trademark are owned by Clairo Tech. • Content you upload (knowledge base, data) remains your property. • Content generated by AI agents is your property and you may use it freely. • We do not claim ownership of your data or generated content.
• The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. • AI agents may generate inaccurate information — you are responsible for verifying content. • We are not liable for losses arising from the use of AI-generated content. • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
• You can delete your account at any time. • We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these terms. • Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Sofia.
