Clairo Tech ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when using the clairo.tech platform.
We collect the following categories of data: • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), business name. • Usage data: conversations with AI agents, content uploaded to knowledge bases (PDF, URL, text), generated content, meeting recordings and transcripts. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, session data. • Payment data: processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store card numbers.
We use your data to: • Provide and maintain the service. • Train AI agents with your data (only for your account). • Generate summaries, briefs, and content. • Transcribe audio recordings. • Send email notifications (briefs, system messages). • Improve the platform and fix bugs.
Your data is processed by third-party AI providers (DeepSeek for text, OpenAI for transcription) solely to provide the service. We do NOT use your data to train AI models. Data is sent encrypted and is not stored by AI providers after processing.
Data is stored on servers in the EU. We implement the following security measures: • Passwords: hashed with bcrypt (12 salt rounds). • Sessions: JWT tokens. • Database connections: encrypted with AES-256-GCM. • API keys: hashed with bcrypt, shown only once. • HTTPS: all connections are encrypted.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except: • AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI) — for processing requests. • Lemon Squeezy — for payment processing. • When legally required by competent authorities.
You have the right to: • Access your data. • Rectify inaccurate data. • Delete your account and all associated data. • Data portability. • Withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@clairo.tech.
We retain your data as long as you have an active account. Upon account deletion, all data is deleted within 30 days. Agent conversations are retained for the duration of the account.
We reserve the right to update this policy. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notification in the platform.
